Privacy policy — review draft

Effective: October 24, 2026. This draft requires business and legal approval before public deployment.

We collect membership name, email, optional phone, state and city, role, buyer preferences, professional identifiers, review submissions, private property references, consent choices and security logs. We use these to verify membership, operate moderated community reviews, match communities, relay opted-in questions and respond to service requests.

We show public reviews under assigned member references, never your published name, email, phone or private property address. Authorized staff can review original submissions and private identifiers for moderation and matching. No system is perfect: never include details in a public review that you would not want disclosed.

Community questions normally use anonymous club messaging. Selecting an interest in direct contact merely permits staff to ask your permission for a specific introduction; it does not grant automatic permission to share contact details.

Optional marketing emails require separate opt-in. We do not treat club membership as consent for marketing calls or texts. You can ask about access, corrections, deletion and communications preferences by emailing Bill@HomesCalculator.com. Operational records may be retained where legally required. Data is hosted in the United States; third-party email or hosting vendors may process information on our behalf.

Security protections include account authentication, restricted database access, moderation and encrypted HTTPS connections when deployed correctly. Retention schedule and full provider list must be approved before launch.
